How tap-to-review works

Each card and stand has a small NFC chip inside. When a customer holds an NFC-enabled phone near it, the phone shows a link to your review page. One tap opens it in the browser – no app needed.

Works with phones that don’t have NFC

Most modern Android phones and iPhone XS or newer read NFC with a simple tap. Every stand also carries a QR code, so customers with older phones scan it with the camera instead.

Choose what a tap opens

  • Your rating page: Customers rate first, then post on Google. Lower ratings can also leave private feedback.
  • Your Google review form: Skip the rating step and open Google directly.
  • Your digital visiting card: Share your contact details and links with one tap.

Update details without replacing cards

Cards are linked to your Rsreviewpro account, not to a fixed Google URL. If your Google review link changes, update it in the dashboard and the cards keep working. A card that goes missing can be switched off.

See which card brings in reviews

Each NFC card is a review station with its own tap count. Compare cards and QR codes side by side in your dashboard to see where customers respond best.

Delivered ready to use

On eligible plans, pre-configured NFC stands and cards are shipped to your business address. Put the stand on the counter and it works straight away.

Frequently asked questions

Does an NFC review card work on iPhone?

Yes, on iPhone XS and newer, without an app. Older iPhones can scan the QR code printed on the same stand.

Do I need to program the NFC card myself?

No. Rsreviewpro links each card to your business, so it opens your review page as soon as it arrives.

Is NFC better than a QR code for reviews?

Neither suits everyone. NFC is quicker for customers whose phones support it – one tap, no camera. QR codes work on almost every phone. That’s why Rsreviewpro stands carry both.
