General Terms of Use

This platform provides physical businesses (restaurants, cafes, hotels, clinics, retail stores) with QR standees and NFC cards to seamlessly manage customer reviews and satisfaction feedback.

1.1 Account Registration & Verification

• Business owners or authorized representatives must provide accurate business details (name, email, phone number, location).
• Every new registration is subject to Super Admin verification and plan duration configuration.

1.2 Review & Rating Routing Rules

• Each business chooses a rating threshold (for example 4 stars). Customers who rate at or above it are taken straight to the business’s Google review page.
• Customers who rate below the threshold are offered a private feedback form so the business can resolve the issue. The option to post a public Google review stays on the same screen.
• Rsreviewpro never blocks or hides the option to post on Google for any customer, whatever their rating.
• Businesses must not offer rewards for reviews, or ask customers to post reviews that do not describe their own genuine experience.

1.3 Billing & Subscription Terms

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly.
• Payments are made in INR by UPI or bank transfer. After paying, the business uploads the payment screenshot from its dashboard, and the plan is activated once the payment is verified. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• Super Administrators retain the authority to configure, extend, or assign custom subscription durations.

1.4 Suspension & Termination

• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, misleading data, spam, or abuse.
